Program Simply the Moon" - As part of the societies autumn "Moon " a quick look at the features of the moon, some science of the moon and a look at some of the features we may see on the observing night the following Saturday (5th).

Speaker: Roy Gunson
Degree in Physics from the University of Bradford, MSc in engineering. Later worked as IT Manager for Sheffield Hallam University at Psalter Lane (Art College) before it was knocked down. After working for over 30 years at Sheffield Hallam University Roy has now settled down to a busier life as "retired". A prolific speaker for Probus, UA3, and WI groups as well as astronomical societies.
