Membership of the Society is open to any member of the public with an interest in astronomy and it's associated sciences. Applications must be made in writing to the Secretary and will be considered by the Executive Committee at their next meeting.

An application form is included in the downloadable Constitution & Rules of Membership (297.74 kB), alternatively a copy can be obtained in person at our meeting room.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions should be paid within 28 days of your application being accepted, you may choose to pre-pay, if your application is unsuccessful for any reason a full refund would, of course be, given.

Subscriptions can be paid either as a single payment for the year or as four quarterly payments; the single payment is reduced quarterly as shown below.
